I stayed for several nights and I loved it. The breakfast was the best buffet ever! I loved all the delicious choices. The staff were also really cute, kind, and eager to help. The rooms and spa were gorgeous. Classy, clean, and modern.

The breakfast selection included a wide range of options. The staff was generally polite and efficient. I found the historic building to be beautiful. The laundry service was quite fast. My items were returned the same day.

I noticed some dirty bottle marks on the table by the bed. The lobby areas on the room floors was somewhat aged and not very inviting. The spa is quite old.

The room included sensor lights inside the wardrobe. It helped a lot. The spacious rooms provided a comfortable setting. I found a magnifying mirror in the bathroom which was very useful.

The breakfast buffet offered an amazing selection (i especially loved the pastries). i found the pool area very relaxing, with comfortable water temperature. the hotel's location was convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. the team offered kind attention .

i found that the gym equipment was a bit outdated. some machines seemed to be showing their age, and i noticed a couple were out of service. it would enhance the overall experience to see some upgrades in this area.

underwhelming 'luxury'

faulty air conditioning staff inattention

the included breakfast offered a reasonable selection of items.

I booked this place expecting luxury but the reality was something else. The air conditioning kept shutting off, leaving the room stuffy and warm in the middle of the night. Then, despite paying a premium, the staff never proactively refilled the complimentary water, showing little attention to guest comfort.

dirty spots defective air conditioning

My experience suffered from some oversights. i found dirty spots on the carpets. That was really off-putting. also, the air conditioning seemed defective and did not turn off correctly, , made it hard to sleep well.
